| 摘 要： | 软件是信息产业的核心，软件业已成为战略性的产业。软件的质量和可靠性则是实现“中国服务”这一庄严承诺的关键所在；可靠性是质量的核心，因此软件可靠性是关乎软件业能否成功的本质因素；同时，软件可靠性也是解决软件危机的重要途径。软件可靠性是我国软件业发展的必然选择，推广软件可靠性工程则需要社会多方面的努力。
