| 摘 要： | 城镇化与产业区域转移之间的互动关系表明,解决城镇化问题的落脚点应该是产业区域转移,但如何利用区位和政策优势,推进湖南的产业区域转移,引进技术、资金、人才,强化产业基础,扩大城镇规模,增强其吸引和辐射能力,是湖南城镇化建设有待解决的问题。

| Abstract: | Interaction relations between urbanization and industrial regional transferring indicate that key of solving urbanization problems should be the industrial regional transferring.But it is Hunan urbanization construction waiting for solving problems that How to use superiority of position and the policy to advance industrial regional transferring of Hunan,to introduce technology?the fund and the talented person,to strengthen foundation of industries,to expand the scale of cities and strengthen its attraction. |
