论发展循环经济与构建和谐社会

本文认为,发展循环经济是经济层面上构建和谐社会的前提和基础,也是我国全面建设小康社会的客观要求,从长远来看,发展循环经济是人类生存和发展的唯一选择。发展循环经济是转变经济增长方式实施可持续发展战略的根本途径。发展循环经济是落实科学发展观的现实表现,也是实现“五个统筹”的必然途径。文章提出,可持续发展是构建和谐社会的题中之义,建设社会主义和谐社会也需要发展循环经济。我国的基本国情和实现社会发展的战略目标,都要求我们彻底摒弃“末端治理”的传统工业化模式,建立循环经济范式,积极进行循环经济的实践,促进人类之间及人类与自然之间的和谐,建立可持续发展的和谐社会。

Development of Recycling Economy and the Construction of Harmonious Society in China

The authors analyze from a long term point of view, the development of recycling economy is the only choice for us for survival and development of man kind. This article can be divided into three parts: the first part is that the realization of sustainable development and the construction of harmonious sociali st society should based on the development of recycling economy; the second part is that the development of recycling economy is the economic basis for the cons truction of harmonious socialist society; and the third part is that the develop ment of recycling economy and the construction of harmonious society is the stra tegic objective of national conditions and the realization of social development .
