Speech Synthetic Technique for GMDSS

This paper presents a speech synthetic technique for the safe sail in the 20th century. Three methods of speech syntheses are introduced. In this paper the principle of speech synthetic circuits in JUE-45A ship earth station is analysized emphatically as well as the action that grasps this operation manual. Finally,it was disclosed that the application of speech synthetic technique in GMDSS aroused shipowner''s care about it very much.
