实施企业标准 确保高凝油热洗质量

沈阳油田是全国最大的高凝油生产基地,生产的高凝油具有凝固点高、含蜡量高的特点,热洗工作是日常油井管理中的重点,2009年通过在现场严格实施企业标准Q/SYLH0145《油井热洗操作规程》,完善了配套的管理措施,确保了油井热洗质量的全面提高,为油井热洗后能够高效生产提供了可靠的基础保证。

Guaranteeing the Hot Washing Quality of High Pour-Point Oil by Enforcing the Standards of Enterprises

Shengyang oilfield is the biggest high pour-point oil production base all over the country. The high pour-point oil it produced has the characteristics of high solidification point and high content of wax. So,hot washing work has become the emphasis in routine oil-well management. In 2009,the standard of enterprises,Q/SYLH 0145 ＂The Operating Regulations of Well Hot Washing＂ ,was enforced strictly in the field. Because of this,practical relevant management measures are perfected,and the quality of oil well hot-washing is improved fully. And this helps to provide the reliable basic guarantee for the effective production of oil well after the hot-washing.
