改革开放以来我国经济增长的阶段性特征

改革开放以来我国的经济增长过程,可分为1978～1991年的"供给单因素驱动阶段"、1992～1996年的"供给和需求双因素驱动阶段"和1997年至今的"需求单因素驱动阶段"三个阶段。1997年亚洲金融危机爆发后,我国开始实施积极的财政政策和稳健的货币政策,旨在通过扩大内需抵消金融危机对我国宏观经济产生的外需严重萎缩等不利影响。该政策有效地抵御了亚洲金融危机对我国经济的冲击,使我国经济增长开始转为主要依靠内需增长拉动,也有力地拉动了全社会固定资产投资,从而促进了近几年来我国经济的快速增长。

On the Phase Characteristics of China's Economic Growth since the Reform & Opening to the Outside World

Economic development of China consists of three stages since it's reforming and opening to the outside world. The first stage(1978～1991)was motivated by a single factor-the aggregate supplies, the second stage(1992～1996)by two factors-the aggregate demands and supplies, and the third stage(from 1997 up to now) by another single factor-the aggregate demands. We began to implement the positive fiscal policy and stable monetary policy after the Asian financial crisis broke out, aimed at expanding internal demands, and smoothing the positive influence of Asian financial crisis on Chinese macro-economy, such as the decreasing of external demands. The policy has promoted rapid development of China, by overcoming Asian financial crisis's attack on Chinese macro-economy, getting the increasing of internal demands in economic growth of China, and increasing fixed asserts investments.
