| 摘 要： | 包容性发展是人类在反思过去发展方式基础上产生的一种新型的社会发展理念和发展战略。包容性发展主张在可持续发展基础上的经济增长和公平正义基础上的增长共享,与科学发展观的理念十分契合。当前我国城市社区文化建设与包容性发展理念下的可持续社区理念还存在较大差距,为此,必须促进包容性发展以加强可持续城市社区文化建设。
