北京市城乡二元经济结构演变及转化对策分析

运用北京市1978—2011年的统计数据，采用比较劳动生产率、二元对比系数和二元反差指数三项指标，对北京市城乡二元经济结构进行了测度和分析。结合改革开放以来首都经济社会发展实践，将城乡二元经济结构演化历程分为逐渐缓和、波动加剧、持续调整三个阶段；并预测未来几年内二元经济仍将持续调整并趋向缓和，提出了促进城乡二元经济结构实现良性转化的对策建议。

The Evolution and Transformation Strategies of Urban-rural Dual Economic Structure in Beijing

Using the statistical data of 1978 20ll in Beijing, the paper estimates urban-rural dual economic structure by means of comparative la hor productivity, two dual contrast coefficients and two dual contrast indexes. Combined with the capitals economic and social development practice since the reform and opening up, the evolution process of urban-rural dual economic structure in Beijing is divided into three stages, including grad- ual phase, volatility phase and persistent adjustment phase. This paper predicts urban rural dual economic structure continue to adjust and easing, put forwards some countermeasures to promote the benign transformation.
