基于纵横向拉开档次模型的会议目的地竞争力动态评价研究

会议目的地竞争力综合评价对于会议组织者和地方政府来说都具有应用价值。在构造会议目的地竞争力评价指标体系的基础上,运用纵横向拉开档次法建立了动态综合评价模型,利用2009—2011年我国23个热点城市的实际运行数据,对其竞争力进行了动态综合评价分析。研究结果表明,该评价指标体系和评价方法具有可行性和实用性,评价结果对于理解我国会议产业竞争格局,以及会议从业者和政府而言都具有重要的启示和指导意义。

Evaluation on Meeting Destination Competitiveness Based on the Means of Undrawing Level in Vertical and Horizontal Direction

Evaluation on meeting destination competitiveness is essential to the decisions of local governments and meeting planners. Based on an evaluation index system for meeting destination competitiveness and the data obtained from 2009 to 2011, this paper applies dynamic comprehensive evaluation method based on the use of the undrawing level in vertical and horizontal direction model to analysis the 23 focal cities in Eastern, Cen tral and Western China. The dynamic comprehensive evaluation result shows that the index system and evaluation method is feasible and accurate which it is reasonable to resolve the competitive situation of Chinffs current meetings industry, and pose great significance on economic impact on meeting planners and local governments.
