福建省茶叶企业的技术效率及其影响因素分析

以对福建省250家茶叶企业的问卷调查为基础，利用随机前沿生产函数测算福建省茶叶企业的技术效率，并分析技术效率的变化规律及其影响因素。研究表明，茶叶企业的成立时间、是否出口以及茶叶负责人茶叶行业管理工作的年限对茶叶企业技术效率的影响不显著；茶叶企业所拥有的基地面积、茶叶的品牌级别、茶叶企业负责人的年龄及受教育程度、茶叶企业员工接受培训对茶叶企业技术效率有较为显著的正影响。

Analysis on Technical Efficiency and Influencing Factors of Tea Enterprise in Fujian Province

Basing on the 250 tea enterprise in Fujian province, using the questionnaire based measuring stochastic frontier production function of Fujian tea enterprise technical efficiency, and analysis of the changes rule of 1ethnical efficiency and its influencing factors. Research shows that the tea enterprise established whether export and tea time, director of the management work of tea industry of tea technical efficiency is not significant; the influence of tea enterprise have base area, tea brand level, tea enterprise controller by the age and education degree, tea enterprise staff training f or tea exterprise technical efficiency is relatively positive and significant influence.
