| 摘 要： | 从通用航空企业所处的内外部环境出发，以平衡计分卡为基础，设计全面的预警评价指标体系，并用因子分析法提取对企业预警起决定作用的8个因子，确定因子的权重系数，构建企业预警指标体系。该指标体系明确界定了通航企业预警方面的内部环境和外部因素指标，旨在为通航企业的预警实践提供科学可行的预测框架。

| Abstract: | From internal and external environment of general aviation enterprise, based on the Balanced Scorecard, the paper designed a comprehensive evaluation of the early warning indicators. by factor analysis method to extract the eight major key factors decided enterprise early warning, determined the weighting factors and built enterprise early warning indicators. This indicators explicitly defined internal environment and external factor indicators of general aviation enterprise early warning to be aimed at providing scientific and feasible forecast frame for early warning practice of general aviation enterprise. |
