基于偏离份额分析法的山西省工业竞争力研究

从重点产业的发展速度、工业投资弹性和地区工业结构入手分析了山西省工业发展现状，建立了偏离份额分析模型，进而分析了山西省工业全国份额分量、区域结构偏离分量、竞争力分量和总偏离量，发现山西省资源性产业具有结构偏离分量优势，但是竞争力却正在下降，提出了通过发展同资源型产业相关的其他配套产业，引进新技术，增强煤炭等资源型企业的技术创新能力等策略来提升山西省工业的竞争力。

The Analysis of Industrial Competitiveness in Shanxi Based on Shift-Share Analysis Method

Industrial development situation of Shanxi Province have been presented in this paper from three aspects, the development of key industries, industrial investment elasticity and regional industrial structure. Then through the Shift-Share analysis method, national growth effect, industrial mix effect and shift share effect have been analyzed, the conclusion that resource type industry has advantage in resource type industry while shift share effect is low. Finally, in order to enhance the competitiveness of industry in Shanxi, strategies of developing other industries associating resource type industries, enhancing the innovation abilities of resource-based enterprise, etc. are proposed in this paper.
