| 摘 要： | 在研究徒骇河水利风景区的建设发展思路的基础上，提出徒骇河风景区的建设应以科学发展观为指导，生态文明为理念，以水文化为主线，打造知名旅游品牌，建成集水景观光、休闲度假、会议展览、科普教育和大众康乐等多种功能为一体的水利风景区的建议。
