锁扣钢管桩围堰施工监测分析——以嘉陵江三桥为例

摘    要:以蓬安嘉陵江三桥18#承台锁扣钢管桩围为堰施工案例,分析锁扣钢管桩围堰不同施工阶段荷载工况条件,在围堰内支撑及围檩上设置变形观测点和应力试验元件,以监测各种工况下结构的应力和变形,及时掌握围堰施工阶段的应力状态,以确保施工期间围堰安全。在对关键施工阶段的围堰结构应力进行计算的基础上,根据实测值与计算值的对比情况,判断施工过程中围堰结构的安全性。监测结果表明,围堰拥有足够的强度和刚度,整体稳定性良好,围堰结构设计合理,施工过程控制得当。

Analysis of Construction Monitoring of Lock Button Steel Pipe Pile Cofferdam: Taking the Third Jialing River Bridge as an example
Abstract:The construction of lock button steel pipe pile cofferdam pebble riverbed of pier 18 # of the third Jialing River Bridge in Peng ''an is taken as the case ''an, In order to ensure the safety of the cofferdam during construction, the load conditions of the lock button steel pipe pile at different construction stages are analyzed. Deformation observation points and stress test elements are set on the inner support and surrounding purlin of the cofferdam to monitor the stress and deformation of the structure under various working conditions and grasp the stress state in the cofferdam construction stage in time. Based on the calculation of the cofferdam structure stress in the key construction stage, the safety of the cofferdam structure in the construction process is judged according to the comparison between the measured value and the theoretical value. The monitoring results show that the cofferdam has sufficient strength and rigidity, good overall stability, reasonable cofferdam structure design and proper construction process control.
