| 摘 要： | 执行力是一种“贯彻落实”的能力，执行力不强，是形式主义作风和官僚主义作风的主要的表现形式之一。加强行政执行力建设，是当前党的建设必须面对的重要现实问题。必须从执行者的思想、执行的体制、机制上分析和研究，探索行政执行规律，构建执行大环境，全面加强行政执行力建设。

| Abstract: | Administration executive faculty is the ability for carrying out and putting into efect. Being short of administration executive faculty, which is one of mainly pattern of manifestation of formalism and bureaucratism style. Strengthening administration executive faculty building is the significant reality quesuon that our party needs envisage. Carrying on an investigation in executant＇s mentality, executive system and executive mechanism, thus research administration executive rules, set up the macrocosmic executive condition, and strengthen administration executive faculty building comprehensively. |
