| 摘 要： | 用经济学的分析方法系统地分析黑社会性质组织犯罪的犯罪成本和犯罪收益，我们发现黑社会性质组织通过加大行为性成本和物质性成本的投入，可以大幅削减心理惩处成本和惩罚成本，从广度和深度上大规模拓展和垄断犯罪市场，使之几何级倍数增加犯罪收益，从而有可能达到犯罪效益的最大化。从经济学的角度分析黑社会性质组织犯罪心理，掌握黑社会组织犯罪的动机，更有利于打击黑社会组织犯罪。

| Abstract: | After systematic economic analyzing the cost and profit of the underworld organization crime, the paper exposes that the psychological punishing cost and punishing cost can be sharply reduced, The underworld gang develops and monopolizes the crimes on a large scale which increases with the geometric progression and maximizes the crime efficiency, To crackdown the crimes, the motives of the criminals; organization should be analyzed. |
