| 摘 要： | 英语非限定动词-ing形式的用法非常复杂，国内外语法学家对它的名称、特征和用法等方面的阐述也不尽相同。文章从语法范畴中语法形式、语法意义等方面对英语动名词和现在分词形式进行比较分析，论证了传统V-ing形式划分的必要性和实用性。

| Abstract: | V-ing form, a type of English infinitive verbs is extremely complex in its usage, illustration of whose term, characteristics and function by language grammarians from both home and abroad is different too. The article analyses the past participle and the gerund comparatively from aspects of grammatical form, grammatical meaning in grammar category, certifying the necessity and practicality of traditional division of v-ing form. |
