推行绿色物流的必要性及其发展策略

文章指出,当前我国绿色物流观念尚未普及;相关法律制度缺失,绿色物流发展无章可循,无法可依;物流行业发展滞后,没有形成规模;物流管理人员匮乏,这些是我国绿色物流发展的重要障碍。为促进我国绿色物流的发展,应从全国高度制定物流发展规划,以现有物流企业为基础,逐步发展大型物流中心,与区域性配送中心相结合,建立多功能、信息化、优质服务的配送体系;加强基础设施建设;物流企业应从保护环境的角度制定经营管理战略;积极立法,建立绿色物流法律保证体系;加大人才培养力度;加强物流行业自身分工,实现近似产品流通的专业化经营;加强物流产业标准化和信息化建设。

Necessity of Pushing the Environmental Logistics and Its Development Strategy

As a very important segment in the economic activity,the logistics activity faces the environmental problem. Its development needs immediate solutions.The development of environmental logistics is the urgent requirement for the realization of sustainable development. At present,we have not yet created a corresponding environment for the development of environmental logistics.To improve the development of China's environmental logistics,we should first,gradually build some large-scale distribution center;second,strengthen the construction of infrastructure;third,improve the legal system; forth,strengthen the establishment of human resources cultivation system;fifth,strengthen the division of labor based on specialization;sixth,formulate the operation and management strategies in terms of environment protection;seventh, strengthen the standardization and informationization of this industry.
