太极思维与和谐班级的构建

摘    要:太极思维是中国传统文化的世界观和方法论,蕴含着丰富的和谐智慧资源。以太极思维为指导,探究和谐班级的整体性、系统性、相容性等特征,在构建和谐班级的过程中,要充分考虑构成班级的各种要素,做到学生与环境的和谐;要注意处理好各方面的关系;要提高学生的交际沟通能力,学会与人主动的沟通交流,促进人际关系的和谐。

Abstract:Taiji thinking is traditional world outlook and methodology in Chinese culture, contains abundant harmonious wisdom resource. Taking Taiji thinking as guidance finds out harmonious class has characteristics of entirety, systematic nature and consistence, etc. In the course of build harmonious class should consider fully all kinds of factors to form class, attains the harmony between students and environment;should pay attention to handle well relations among all aspects;should enhance students' intercommunication competence, make students learn to communicate with others actively, promote the harmony of interpersonal relationship.
