| 摘 要： | 物流被企业称为＂第三利润源泉＂,物流中心的选址问题是物流管理系统中一个非常重要的问题。回顾了物流中心的理论现状,介绍了TOPSIS法的理论模型和步骤,提出了物流中心选址考核指标体系。通过实例分析,阐述了企业如何应用TOPSIS法进行物流中心选址的。

| Abstract: | Logistics distribution was known as ＂the third profit source＂. Location of logistics distribution center was one of the important problems in logistics management. This paper firstly recall the status of location of logistics distribution and introduce the TOPSIS thoery and method. And it represented the evaluation index system of location of logistics distribution centre at last, a case is studied that a typical dress corporate applies the TOPSIS to select its logistics distribution centre. |
