大学生应树立适应社会的择业观念

由于受到历史、社会、家庭、个体等因素的影响,部分大学毕业生在择业观念上产生了误区,从而影响了其顺利就业。本文在对择业观念误区总结的基础上,认真分析了误区的形成原因,并结合现实情况,提出了大学毕业生应树立的适应社会的择业观念。

Students should foster the concept of career needs of the community

Due to historical, social, family, individual, and other factors, some of the careers of university graduates had a conceptual errors, thus affecting their job well. In this paper, the concept of career choice based on the erroneous conclusion, careful analysis of the formation of the reasons for errors, combined with the real situation and proposed a set of university graduates to adapt the concept of social careers.
