企业位势理论研究

摘    要:本文认为,同领域中处于不同位势的两家企业在进行竞争时,高位势的企业对资源拥有更强的吸引力,资源会从低位势企业流向高位势企业,被吸引的资源经过整合后形成企业的竞争力,并将企业推向更高的位势。企业竞争力是企业位势的外化,企业要提高竞争力,必须从企业规模、整合资源的能力和所在外部环境三个方面提高企业位势,并确定适合自己的发展战略,使企业在激烈的市场竞争中不断发展壮大。

Abstract:Enterprise competition theory and Enterprise resource theory are the hotspots of the academia. According to this theories and the potential theory in physics, a new theory called "enterprise potential" is brought forward in this paper. The relationship of the new theory and enterprise competition has been studied. The author figure out that the enterprise competition is the representation of the enterprise potential and the enterprise potential is the essence of the enterprise competition. Basis on the definition of enterprise potential, the author analysis the factors of improving the enterprise potential such as scale of the firm, ability of using resource and the outer environment of the firm.
