The solution to the questions on the transformation quality of scientific and technological achievements

It is the focus that paid attention by all countries' government, which is how to turn sci-tech achievements into the social productivity quickly and to serve the development of economy and society, and improve the national core competition. So, it has great significance of researching the transformation quality of scientific and technological achievements. This thesis was beginning from the analysis on the bottleneck problem of the transformation quality of scientific and technological achievements, and mainly discussed the treatment methods about the bottleneck problem.
