关于商业银行加快业务战略转型问题的研究

从加快业务战略转型是提升商业银行综合竞争力的必然选择入手,提出了我国商业银行当前业务战略转型方向是要由单纯的存贷款业务向多元化、综合化方向发展,突出业务发展重点,培育新的业务增长点。为保障业务战略转型的顺利实施,提出了商业银行必须转变经营理念,正确处理好转型与发展的辩证关系;积极培育中小客户市场和优质机构客户市场,扩大客户基础;实施流程再造,提升银行专业服务的整体实力;强化资本管理,推动业务战略转型;加强队伍建设,构建团队营销新模式;加强基础建设,强化风险管理和合规文化建设等措施。

A Study on Accelerating Business Strategic Transformation in Commercial Banks

After showing that accelerating strategic transformation of business in a commercial bank was necessaryto enhance its comprehensive competitiveness, this paper proposed current business transforming approaches in the commercial bank as to move from its simple deposit and loan business to a diversified and integrated business, to emphasize business development priorities, and to develop new area for business growth. In order to ensure the business transformation being implemented smoothly, it also proposed that commercial banks should transform operation philosophy and handle the relationship between transformation and development properly. Commercial banks should actively develop the market of medium and small customers as well as the market of high quality institutional clients to expand customer base. They should also implement process reengineering and enhance banks’overall strength in professional service; strengthen capital management and drive business strategic transformation; focus on team-building and construct new team-marketing models;enhance infrastructure construction,and strengthen risk management and the development of rule-compliance culture.
