| 摘 要： | 目前，我国道路交通基础设施的建设快速发展，对于建筑施工企业来说，这既是机遇又是挑战。为此，必须在工程建设中全面推广“三制”改革，即建设项目法人责任制、招标投标制、建设监理制改革，而参建各方应依靠合同明确、保障各自的权利和义务。文章就如何开展施工企业经济合同规范管理，作进一步的探讨。

| Abstract: | The rapid development of transportation infrastructure construction represents both opportunities and challenges for construction enterprises. In this connection, it is absolutely necessary to diffuse the “three systems” reform, that is, legal person responsible system of project construction, the system of public bidding for project and construction supervision system. The legal fights and obligations of all parties should be identified and guaranteed according to the contract. This article elaborates on how to carry out standardized management of economic contract of construction enterprise. |
