| 摘 要： | 目前国内舆论界将对企业无力应对国外反倾销过多地归咎于企业本身,本文认为这种认识有失公允,应予纠正。应对反倾销还有赖于国家的部署和统筹,在于国家对企业的指导与监督,在此基础上文章提出了具体应对措施。

| Abstract: | currently the enterprises are blamed for the failure in countering foreign anti-dumping.The criticism is unfair and should be corrected.According to the paper,to counter the foreign anti-dumping relies on the arrangement and planning of the government,and the enterprise needs the guidance and supervision of the government.The correspondent measures are put forward in the paper. |
