| 摘 要： | 近年来,伊宁市由于水土流失、水污染、无节制开采等原因,水资源浪费问题日趋严重。根据伊宁市土地的区域特点,伊宁市在农业综合开发实践中,对水资源进行合理开发、优化配置、高效利用,因地制宜推广节水灌溉技术,加强农业生态建设,取得了良好的效果。

| Abstract: | In recent years, waste of water resources in Yining city becomes increasingly serious as soil erosion, water pollution, uncontrolled mining and other reasons. According to regional characteristics of land in Yining, Yining city implemented the practice of agricultural development in, rational exploitation of water resources,optimal allocation and efficient use of local conditions to promote water-saving irrigation technologies, strengthen the agricultural ecological construction, and achieved good results. |
