摘    要:为了评价衬砌粘钢加固的效果,以三棵松无压城门洞型隧洞为例,建立粘钢加固前后的三维有限元模型,分析了在隧洞停水检修和运行工况下的衬砌应力、应变和开裂情况和加固前后衬砌的安全系数.结果表明,粘钢加固能有效地限制衬砌两侧边墙和底板的不利变形,抑制混凝土的进一步开裂,帮助承担部分拉应力,衬砌结构的最大拉应力和受拉区域都有减小;...

Abstract:The performance of steel bonding reinforcement of plain concrete lining is analyzed with the example of Sankesong non-pressure city-wall-gate type tunnel.Three-dimensional finite element models of the tunnel lining before and after the steel bonding reinforcement are constructed to analyze the stress and strain distributions,the cracking situations and the safety factors under the maintenance and operation conditions.The results show that the steel bonding reinforcement can effectively restrict the unfavorable deformation of the side walls and bottom plates of the lining and restrain the further development of cracks in concrete.Also,the steel bonding reinforcement can bear part of the tensile stress to reduce the maximum tensile stress and the tension area of the lining structure.The overall safety factors of the lining are increased after the reinforcement.The stress in the middle of the side wall is reduced and fulfills the requirement.The stress concentration areas at the corner of the bottom of side walls can be solved by appropriately thickening the steel bonding plate.
