| 摘 要： | 扩大国内投资需求和消费需求的过程中，同时存在着扩张效应和缩减效应，当扩大内需呈现扩张效应时，社会新增投资额和消费额就会倍增，有利于促进经济增长，是有效的；相反，在扩大内需时呈现出缩减效应，则不利于经济增长。

| Abstract: | The stimulation of domestic demand of investment and consumption may result in both expansion effect and reduction effect. When expansion effect appears, the amount of new investment and consumption will increase and lead to effective economic development. However, if reduction effect is caused as a result of stimulation of domestic demand, it will have negative effect on economic growth. |
