摘    要:拜耳法赤泥是利用拜耳法工艺生产氧化铝过程中产生的强碱性工业废渣,碱性赤泥的堆存对环境的影响较大,如何大批量低成本零排放地综合利用仍是一个世界性难题,而赤泥的脱碱又是其综合利用的前提条件.总结拜耳法赤泥脱碱与综合利用的方法和现状,提出拜耳法赤泥脱碱与综合利用的发展方向.

Abstract:Bayer red mud is a high alkali industrial waste residue discharged from production bayer process of alumina, the storage of alkaline red mud has a great impact on the environment, How to comprehensively utilize red mud in large quantities with low cost and zero emission is still a worldwide problem, the dealkalizatio of red mud is the precondition for the comprehensive utilization of red mud.The methods and current situation of dealkalization and comprehensive utilization of Bayer red mud were summarized,and the development direction of dealkalization and comprehensive utilization of Bayer red mud was put forward.
