可溶桥塞室内试验及匹配性工艺

摘    要:可溶桥塞作为一种全可溶储层改造技术,理论上无须后期钻磨,压裂完成后可直接投产,但现有的可溶桥塞溶解仍需时间.根据现场工况后期溶解时间不定,为尽快投产,仍需进行钻磨作业,而钻磨作业的时间长短决定了投产周期.因此为尽力减少投产周期,开展了可溶桥塞在各温度、各氯离子浓度的室内溶解试验,根据试验结果,优化现场施工工艺,并在宁2X9H23平台进行试验.结果表明,该施工工艺有效降低了后期钻磨时间,对缩短投产周期具有重大意义.

Abstract:As a fully soluble reservoir modification technology, the dissolvable bridge plug does not need drilling in the end, and can be directly put into operation after fracturing. However, the dissolution of the existing dissolvable bridge plug still needs time.According to the uncertainty of the dissolution time at the end of the field operation, drilling and grinding operations still need to be carried out as soon as possible. The time of drilling and grinding operation determines the production cycle. Therefore, in order to reduce the production cycle as much as possible, indoor dissolution tests of soluble bridge plug at various temperatures and chloride concentrations were carried out. According to the experimental results, the on-site construction technology is optimized and tested on Ning 2X9H23 platform. The results show that the construction technology can effectively reduce the drilling and grinding time in the later stage, which is of great significance to shorten the production cycle.
