中国31省市工业企业创新活力的评价

摘    要:工业企业的创新活力是区域创新水平的重要表现.利用因子模型L对影响工业企业创新活力的7个二级指标提炼公因子,结果显示可以从研发活力与创新动力两个层面对中国31个省市的工业企业创新活力进行综合评价.模型表明:企业的研发投入与产出是影响创新活力的主要因素.通过K?mean聚类分析法,将中国31个省市的工业企业创新活力划分为较高、一般、较低3个层面,通过改善区域内企业的创新活动的交易成本,降低研发活动未来的不确定性风险,引进创新型人才将有助于提升区域内的工业企业的创新活力.

Abstract:The innovation vitality of industrial enterprises is an important manifestation of regional innovation level. using factor model L to extract common factors from seven secondary indicators that affect the innovation vitality of industrial enterprises. The results show that the innovation vitality of industrial enterprises in 31 provinces and cities in China can be comprehensively evaluated from two aspects of R & D vitality and innovation power. The model shows that R & D input and output are the main factors affecting innovation vitality. Based on K-means cluster analysis, the innovation vitality of industrial enterprises in 31 provinces and cities in China is divided into three levels,including high, general and low. By improving the transaction cost of innovation activities of enterprises in the region, reducing the uncertainty risk of R & D activities in the future, introducing innovative talents can help to enhance the innovation vitality of industrial enterprises in the region.
