对比分析视角下青岛人工智能产业发展的对策研究

人工智能作为新一轮产业变革的核心驱动力,将催生新的技术、产品、产业、业态及模式,从而引发经济、社会结构的重大变革,促进社会生产力的整体提升.青岛要想在新的科技革命浪潮中脱颖而出,就要努力打造成为中国乃至全球的人工智能产业高地.根据青岛与深圳的对比分析,发现青岛人工智能产业在产业政策、产业基础、技术水平、人才储备及资本支持等方面还存在着差距,据此提出制定特色产业政策、实施重大工程等对策建议.

Research on Countermeasures of Qingdao Artificial Intelligence Industry Development from the Perspective of Comparative Analysis

As the core driving force of a new round of industrial transformation, artificial intelligence will give birth to new technologies, products, industries, formats and models, thereby triggering major changes in the economic and social structure, and improve overall social productivity. If Qingdao wants to stand out in the new wave of technological revolution, it must strive to become a highland of artificial intelligence industry in my country and even the world. According to the comparative analysis between Qingdao and Shenzhen, it is found that there are still gaps in Qingdao''s artificial intelligence industry in terms of industrial policy, industrial foundation, technical level, talent reserve, and capital support. Based on this, it proposes countermeasures and suggestions for formulating characteristic industrial policies and implementing major projects.
