| 摘 要： | 在借鉴前人对于企业核心竞争力研究的基础上,运用SPSS17.0软件的因子分析与主成分分析模块,从区域影响力、经营运作能力、成长发展力、经营安全能力、技术能力五个方面对兵团十四个师局中小企业核心竞争力进行实证研究,发掘其核心竞争力与存在的问题,并提出相应对策。

| Abstract: | The study on the basis reference for enterprise core competence,using the analysis module which are factor analysis and principal component of the software of SPSS17.0,from the five aspects of the regional influence,operating ability,capacity development,technical strength,management security capability to analyze the core competence of small and medium-sized enterprises of the fourteen agricultural division’s of the Corps,exploring its core competence and the existing problems,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures. |
