| 摘 要： | 随着社会主义市场经济体制的日趋完善,中小企业在国民经济中的作用越来越重要,但融资难问题一直是我国中小企业发展道路上的＂瓶颈＂,主要表现为：自有资金普遍匮乏;过度依赖银行贷款;融资渠道相对狭窄;企业融资成本偏高等。基于此,本文对中小企业目前融资困境的成因进行分析,并引入中小企业集群融资机制,试图借此改善中小企业的融资环境,促进中小企业发展壮大。
