| 摘 要： | 对经济过程进行“仿生学”式的研究,是马歇尔最先提出并且由奥地利学派和演化经济学派脉承其宗的研究传统1]。本文立足于这一理论立场,对企业衍生现象进行了深入分析,提出了一种关于企业衍生学的新理论规划,通过对企业内在衍生机理的探索和刻画,为产业群落的形成和发展提供了一种理论解释。

| Abstract: | The research on economic process in the same way as biolology is firstly suggested by Mashall and done by evolutional economics.This article sets up a new plan for the study of firms.By the exploration of the inner derivation mechanism of firms,the article proposes a more scientific and theoretic model. |
