| 摘 要： | 在分析新时期江苏省小城镇和重点中心镇发展现状特征的基础上,遵循总量控制与分区遴选、逐步筛选与优先考虑、择优精选与动态发展的原则,以科学性与可行性相结合、定量测评和多因素综合定性评估相结合的方法,确定了新时期江苏省100个重点中心镇,并提出发展重点中心镇的对策建议.

| Abstract: | Firstly, this paper analyzes the development character of small towns and major center-towns of Jiangsu province in new period. On this basis,adbiding by three principles:controlling total and selecting in different district, progressly screening and giving priority to special small towns, carefully choosing and dynamically developing. 100 major center-towns of Jiangsu province in new period are chosen by using method of scientifically combining feasibly and quality combining quantity. At last, some advices for developing major center-towns are given. |
