| 摘 要： | 本文以2003-2012年天津25家上市公司为样本,对其资本结构的总体情况进行了特征分析,通过主成分实证研究说明企业规模、偿债能力、盈利效率是影响天津上市公司资本结构的主要成分,并提出优化其资本结构的对策与建议.

| Abstract: | Taking the 2003-2012 Tianjin 25 listed companies as an example, this paper analyzes the characteristics of their capital structure, shows that the scale, solvency and profitability efficiency of enterprise are the principal components that affect capital structure of Tianjin listed companies, and puts forward the countermeasures for the optimization of their capital structure. |
