| 摘 要： | 女大学生创业是符合社会发展的需求，缓解女大学生就业压力的一种有效途径。调查表明，女大学生的创业意识愈显突出。文章在分析女大学生创业就业现状的基础上，提出了完善高校创业就业服务体系建设，强化择业观教育，发挥社会和家庭的双重合力等加强女大学生创业意识教育带动就业的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Female college students＇ enterprise is an effective way to alleviate the pressure on their employment,as well as meeting the needs of social development. The survey shows that their enterprise consciousness has become more prominent. Based on the current situation of their business startups, this paper puts forward some countermea- sures to promote employment by strengthening their education of enterprise consciousness, such as perfecting enter- prise and employment service system, strengthening their education of job-choosing view and fulfilling the role of both family and society. |
