| Abstract: | Based on the survey of social demands and talents cultivation quality, an analysis is made about em- ployment situation of Business English talents in higher vocational colleges to find out the influence factors of Busi- ness English talents cultivation quality in higher vocational colleges. Relevant countermeasures and suggestions are also put forward. It is hoped that they are beneficial to the cultivation of talents to meet social demands and contribute to the development of regional economy. |
