| 摘 要： | 2008年金融危机以来，资金方面的困境已经成为制约民营航空公司发展的首要问题，而民营航空融资困境主要源于融资结构不合理。为了寻求融资结构的最优化，本文通过建立各融资渠道的效用函数，构建融资结构优化模型，最后据模型启示提出我国民营航空融资困境的解决对策。

| Abstract: | Since the 2008 financial crisis, the plight of funding has become the most important issue and restricted the development of private airlines, mainly due to the unreazonable fumcing structure. In order to seek the optimal financing structure, this at＇fide ftrsdy analyzed the characteristics of private airline finacing strcure, and then build the financing structure optimization model throngh the establishment of the utility function of the financing channels, and finally according to the model proposed the solution countermeasures. |
