| 摘 要： | 文章从转变理财观念促进资本经营发展 ,转变理财目标促进资本保值增值实现利润最大化 ,加强成本控制强化资金管理 ,适应外部环境变化 ,不断提高财会人员素质 ,适应市场环境变化 ,提高整体经营水平等五个方面对地勘企业如何强化财务管理 ,提高经营管理水平进行了分析和阐述 ,提出了促进地勘企业发展的新思路。

| Abstract: | The paper discusses how to strengthen financial and operational management in geological prospecting enterprises. The main methods include: changing the way financial affairs are managed by promoting capital management; shifting the target of managing financial affairs and accelerating maintenance and appreciation of capital value to realize the maximum return on capital; enhancing capital control and intensifying fund management; adapting to changes in the internal world and improving the quality of financial accounting personnel; adjusting to the change of market and raising the entire level of operations. The author also provides some new thoughts required for specific operations. |
