Improving the Graduate Education Management Level by Grasping the New Characteristics and Rule

The graduate education is responsible for training innovation talents, creating high level scientific re-search achievement and offering first-class social services, so it is meaningful to strengthen the graduate educa-tion management, which can promote economic and social development in an all-round way.
