河北省近十年土地利用变化及驱动力研究

分析了河北省近10年土地利用的类型变化、数量变化、程度变化和区域变化;指出了当前河北省土地利用中存在的诸如耕地占补平衡在空间上不对称、平原地区林地减少、北部山区和平原地区未利用地增加等问题;得到了人口、经济发展、农业生产效益等影响河北省主要土地利用类型变化的社会经济驱动因子;给出了控制人口数量提高人口素质、制定和完善土地管理机制、发展经济和保护耕地并重、发展经济和保护环境并重等解决方案。

Study on land use change and driving forces in Hebei Province the past ten years

This paper analyzed the quantity change, degree change and regional change of land use in Hebei Province during the past ten years; pointed out the existing problems of land use such as the asymmetry of farmland occupation and replenishment in space in Hebei Province, the reduction of wood land in plain country and the increment of unused land in Northern area and so on;obtained the driving force factors of population, economic development and agricultural productivity etc., which have been influencing the type change of main land use in Hebei Province;presented the countermeasures: controlling the population number, improving people`s diathesis, establishing and perfecting the management of land use, balancing the development and protection of cultivated land and environment etc.
