| Abstract: | The financial shared service center is an innovative management mode,which is crucial in strengthening the enterprise management&control,reducing costs and improving efficiency.The article designs the organizational structure of the financial sharing center in real estate enterprises,reconstructs the financial process,such as optimizing the basic processes of account reconciliation,income,accounting,general ledger,asset management and related expense reimbursement,and analyzes the results achieved. |
