社会资本与人力资本的内在关系研究

摘    要:社会资本理论就其渊源而言起源于人力资本。人力资本的提出突破了古典经济学中资本只是有形资本的局限,将资本定义为可以带来价值增值的所有资源的代名词,抽象了资本的最初含义,为社会资本的提出奠定了词源上的基础。人力资本依附于具有能动性的个体而存在,个体人力资本作用的发挥最终取决于个体所处的社会环境。社会资本强调了个体参与群体的重要性,强调了个体的价值通过他人得到增加,社会资本对个体人力资本具有整合与协同作用。

Abstract:Originally social capital theory comes from human capital theory, which made a breakthrough in the classical economics, in which capital was merely physical capital. Now, capital can be defined as a synonym of bringing added value to all the resources; and the initial capital has the abstract meaning, Human Capital is dependent on the initiative of individual existence. The role of human capital ultimately depends on social environment. Social capital theory focuses on the importance of individual participation, emphasizing the value of the individual to be added by social capital integration.
