| Abstract: | At first we discussed that process of EU's banning of honey import from China and response measures adopted by our government ,enterprises and bee farmers in this paper. Then we draw several inspiration such as: building alter mechanism of SPS measures as fast as possible and how to perform our rights by making full use of rules of SPS agreement etc. |
