| 摘 要： | 合理的利益分配对供应链的稳定有至关重要的作用。首先给出了shapely值的定义,然后对供应链企业面临的风险进行了分析,并用遗传算法对企业面临的风险进行了计算。最后在考虑风险的基础上对shapely值进行了修正。

| Abstract: | Reasonable profits allocation is very important for a supply chain's stability. The definition of Shapely Value is introduced. Then analyzed the risks for the supply chain members, and compute it by Genetic Algorithm. At last, a emendation of Shapely Value was presented considering the risks. |
