| 摘 要： | 随着我国房地产市场的兴起与成熟,物业管理行业取得了长足的进步与发展。但同时,物业管理公司的财务管理工作显得相对滞后,例如在制度建设、人员配备及会计工作的具体组织实施中存在着许多亟待解决的问题。为了进一步促进我国物业管理公司的发展,有必要针对这些问题作一些有益的探讨。
