| 摘 要： | 循环经济是一种实践可持续发展理念、新的经济发展模式,是缓解资源、环境与经济发展之间矛盾的根本途径。我国循环经济发展尚处于初级阶段,面临着观念、制度、机制、技术等诸多方面因素的制约。文章针对循环经济发展的现状和存在的问题及其制约因素,提出了我国循环经济的对策、建议。

| Abstract: | Circular economy refers to a practical and sustainable development idea and a new economic developing mode, which is the root to relieve the tension between resource,environment and economic development.China＇s circular economy is still being at the initial stage of development,in face of many restraints,such as mindsets,systems,mechanism and technology.The article puts forward the countermeasures and suggestion about the development of circular economy in China, based on its status quo and the problems and restraints as it is developing. |
